For booking, payments will be made before the photoshoot. Failure to pay 2 weeks before the photoshoot will be canceled.

Payments for printed photos will be made on the spot.

Cancellation/Refund for photoshoots is required 2 weeks’ notice before the date selected for the photoshoot.

No refunds on prints.

Photographs captured by the photographer own the copyright usage in social media, websites, portfolios, advertising, self-promotion, printing, and video usage.

Clients DO NOT have the consent to print the photos captured by the copyright owner (photographer) unless told otherwise. Cannot sell or mass reproduce prints captured by the photographer.

Clients also own the rights to post their photos on social media and do NOT need consent from the copyright owner to post; HOWEVER, clients are required to tag the photographer’s social media on the post in some way. Clients are not allowed to edit the photos in any way, except for cropping.

If the photographer fails to deliver photos due to any circumstances that are the fault of the photographer; then full refunds will be made. If failure to deliver photos is due to the client’s end then the photographer has no liability to give any refunds.

Any damages to the photographer’s equipment from the client’s party such as family, friends, or acquaintances at said event will be the fault of the client. The client-side needs to pay for damages.

Photographs will be made with the photographer’s view of how the photographs should look like. Clients may request specific angles. Photo editing will be done via the photographer’s view of the photo. Photographers may take requests from clients on how they want the photos to be edited but do not have to comply with them.

Any booking that is longer than 5 hours requires a 30-minute break at the photographer’s discretion.

Any changes to booking like time, date and location need to be told to the photographer 1 week in advance. If the photographer is at a location that was changed last minute and not told, the client is still liable to pay for the time.

Photographers may give out RAW files for an extra fee dependent on how many files were photographed.

Clients’ photo files will be kept with the photographer for 1 month before deleting. If the client loses the files after the 1-month time frame, it is their liability. The photographers are not liable for their client’s photos after 1 month.
